More importantly, what can you afford?
Mobile solutions vary and their costs vary accordingly, although I doubt there is a solution for $100. Still, knowing what you can afford and want to pay going into this process will help you come out with a product that you love and is best suited to your needs. The old axiom "You get what you pay for" is often the case, so give yourself a hard cost and a wiggle-room cost.
Here's where we are so far: you have defined your audience (and how they probably use their mobile devices) and now you have determined what you are willing to pay to get mobile.
